Dreaming of a WHITE season!!..

WHITE do I love it so much?.. 

I don't know.. But I'm sure that some of you share with me the idea that winter white is just a romantic and  classy colour to wear..
This romantic sweet concept of the ballet dancer style is expressed by skintone palettes with fleshy tones, plastery pastels ans talcy mauves with some tonic accents, luminous coral, and graphic contrast of black and white. To complete this clean-ballerina image I love the idea of white thick tights either to contrast some amazing black boots or to go with beautiful white stilettos.. I admire the strength of this trend, and like the fact that in such a neutral colour you can really see the expression of very strong emotions and attitudes by being classy and formal at the time.. I love it!

Dolls for aids!!.. A softer side of Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington

Just to begin with NYC's Fashion Night Out, NY deparment store Barneys asked one of their local artists, Andrew Yang; to come up with some lovely hand painted rag doll replicas of legendary Vogue editors – Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington.. 

The toy replicas of this iconic fashionistas are being auctioned off on www.charitybuzz.com  31st August onwards, with proceeds being donated to The New York City Aids Fund.

So, whoever said that the woman that inspired Devil-wears-Prada diva has no softer side can at least be sure that those genius fashiontrenders are being a couple or cute dolls for a worthy cause this time!..

Third Autumn in a row and we still can't get enough of it!.. Not really a blue or green girl?, go for teal!!.. It's a great to colour to mix and match with silver and all grey shades, and even the black and earthy tones of the season..

How to work the teal deal?!.. In my opinion the hottest deal to mix teal is with metallics.. Sparkly silver or a luscious gold will add some outstanding drama effects to you look!!!.. oooor if you feel like bringing a more calm and peaceful effect just pair it with blues and greens and bring it back to its roots..
