Keep on rocking!!!.. Seasonal Basic: Leather..

Our fall's fall into a leather love affair is definitely as hot this season as it was back in the days when 90210 inspired everybody's outfits..

Hot hot hot as Luke Perry himself..

Leather fabric keeps surprising us again!!!. This season firmly back lash between the flashy trends on the catwalk. Total look and above all, skirts, dresses and tight pants mainly in black and some others, like the brown or camel..

If you play by combining it with some more leather; or fur; square patterns, lace and sheer tops will be winning combinations.

Even if leather has always been around in fashion trends in a way or another.. What I found as a real innovative garment is the cool ladylike leather shorts!!! I love them!!!.. and well, also the "leather" leggings mixed with an oversized shirt or a patterned cape, or even with a lovely dressy silky/sheer blouse.. Be creative!!!.. mix and match'em!

FASHION NIGHT OUT!!!! London 2010

  

Fashion's Night Out (FNO) is an initiative that has revived Vogue fashion consumption in major world capitals. The goal?, To receive with arms wide open Fashion’s week time while , involving the final consumer with fresh proposals from each house of fashion.

London was host to a large shopping extravaganza last night, witnessing the success of FNO. We were able to spy on "One Night Only" concert in Burberry, take cooking lessons in Browns, seeing Claudia Schiffer pose with Armani, see Manolo Blahnik himself talking about the launch of its new line in Liberty, and even to rub elbows with AnnaWintour in Mulberry between champagne and canapés. Look at my picture!!!!!!!

Add to that fashion frenzy free manicures at Chanel; the opportunity to pose with models of high reputation in Selfridges, take classes in fashion design from Christopher Kane, Erdem and Jonathan Saunders at Harvey Nichols, or the presence of Alice Dellal Dj-ing on Louis Vuitton, perhaps you understand how this night was certainly memorable for any Londoner!!!!.. One of the best experiences!!!

I know some of you might find it a little bit over the top, but believe me, it looks amazing!!.. This is one mini winter trend that will definitely show the fashionistas from the rest of girls.. Some designers showed them even with open high-heeled retro shows; and other did so with some boyish brogues..
